>Adjust the frame border by dragging it. Click in the center blank frame in the frameset and open the center.html using the File Menu-Open in Frame command and adjust the frameset according to your layout. Select Window Menu-Properties or click the main frameset borders and set the required value number in the ‘custom-value and in pixels’ field. Click on the mainframe and type in the data for the page.
Now you are ready to set links on the inside pages. Click on your button and it will open the profile page. Select the profile button image and input a link in the windows properties (CTRL F3). Click on the link folder and set the link for the image. Specify the target as mainframe if you link should open in the center stage. Follow the same procedure for each remaining link. Save the frameset using the File Menu-Save All Frames option. Your HTML page with frames should now be viewable in both resolutions. To check it, open it in both browsers, Internet Explorer and Netscape Explorer. Your HTML page should now be ready to upload.
